Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

The version of the General Terms and Conditions that is valid on the contract conclusion date applies to all business relationships between le Laboratoire Crousaz Emonet et Feusier Delmotte and its customers.  The General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively. Laboratoire Crousaz Emonet et Feusier Delmotte must be informed of inaccurate information or typing mistakes immediately after these have been identified, but such mistakes are nevertheless expressly reserved.

2. Prices and product availability

All webshop prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include value added tax. The prices do not, however, include the costs of postage and packing materials, which must be borne by the customer. We cannot be held liable for any inaccurate information or typing mistakes affecting our prices. We reserve the right to make price changes.

As demand is great, our products can be sold out very quickly. Laboratoire Crousaz Emonet et Feusier Delmotte is not liable for unavailable products. Model changes are reserved.

3. Means of payment

Accepted means of payment are Visa, Mastercard, PostFinance Card and PostFinance E-Finance.

4. Delivery, postage

Delivery in Switzerland: By mail – “Economy” within 3 – 4 days, “Priority” within 2 days, provided that we receive the order before 17h00. Goods are sent at the cost and risk of the recipient. CHF 8.00 per order is charged for postage and packaging. However, if the goods are delivered in more than one shipment, this amount is only charged on the first delivery. Orders for CHF 200 and more are delivered postage paid. If one of the articles you ordered should not be available in our warehouse, the remaining articles that are available will be sent to you. The missing article will be reserved and delivered to you as soon as possible.

International shipments: Please follow the steps described in webshop to order your products. The order procedure will be stopped before the “Payment” step and an e-mail with your order will be sent to Laboratoire Crousaz Emonet et Feusier Delmotte. We will contact you without delay and finalise the order process by e-mail. For international shipments we invoice only the actual postage charged by the post office. The 8% Swiss value added tax will not be charged. We will send your order by mail as soon as we have received your advance payment. The value added tax and customs duty for the recipient country will be charged when you take delivery of the package.

5. Exchange, return and complaints

Exchange:  The goods may be returned in impeccable condition together with the invoice duplicate within 14 days of delivery. Please enclose the delivery note and provide the reason for returning the order in the relevant field. The deadline for returning the goods starts running on the day on which the recipient takes delivery of the order. To meet the return deadline, you must simply send off the order on time. Complaints must be sent in writing to the address provided in par. 8. The customer must be able to prove that the goods were returned. The customer bears the costs and risk associated with the return shipment unless the delivered goods did not correspond to the order.

You will be informed by e-mail as soon as Laboratoire Crousaz Emonet et Feusier Delmotte receives the returns. If there are any questions, laboratoire will contact you directly. 
Damaged or used goods are not accepted and the purchase price will not be repaid. 

If an item is returned because the colour or size is wrong, the customer can complete the relevant form and indicate the colour and/or size that is required. The item will then be replaced by an item from the same range in another size or colour. A new order must be submitted for other products at a different price.

6. Reservation of ownership, place of jurisdiction

The delivered goods remain the property of Laboratoire Crousaz Emonet et Feusier Delmotte until the order has been paid in full. The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland.

7. Warranties

If the delivered goods are defective when the risk is transferred to the customer, e.g. manufacturing defects, or if the wrong items are delivered, we will make a replacement delivery whenever possible. If the replacement delivery fails, the customer can cancel the purchase. The right to cancel the purchase lapses if the customer does not inform Laboratoire Crousaz Emonet et Feusier Delmotte of the defects or wrong delivery by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

8. Legal information / data protection

Intellectual property and other rights:   Laboratoire Crousaz Emonet et Feusier Delmotte is the owner and operator of this webshop. All information and images that can be called up are protected by copyright law. Use for any purposes other than private use is only allowed with the express consent of Laboratoire Crousaz Emonet et Feusier Delmotte.

Exclusion of liability: Laboratoire Crousaz Emonet et Feusier Delmotte excludes any liability (including liability for negligence) for any loss or damage that may arise from accessing and using the portal or any of its individual elements or from the fact that the portal cannot be accessed. Access to and the use of the portal are not guaranteed. The portal contains links to third-party websites. These websites are not operated or monitored by Laboratoire Crousaz Emonet et Feusier Delmotte. Laboratoire Crousaz Emonet et Feusier Delmotte does not accept any liability for the contents of the linked websites or for the operators’ compliance with statutory data protection provisions.

Data transmission via the internet:  The internet is an open, publicly accessible network and can therefore not be described as a secure environment. Although the individual data packages are sent in encrypted form, the names of the sender and recipient are not encrypted. It is also possible that data is sent to a foreign country with data protection provisions that are less stringent than those in Switzerland, even if the sender and recipient are both based in Switzerland. Laboratoire Crousaz Emonet et Feusier Delmotte does not accept any liability for the security of data during its transmission via the internet.

Data protection: We process personal data to execute orders and manage current customer relationships. As we attach great importance to data protection, we treat your personal data and all order-related information in the strictest confidence and will only forward such data to third parties to the extent required to properly process the order. Data is assessed anonymously for statistical purposes, for example to establish how many users access our portal on any given day. This data is treated in the strictest confidence and is not forwarded to parties external to   Laboratoire Crousaz Emonet et Feusier Delmotte or made accessible to other third parties, unless this is required under the applicable laws and is in particular demanded by a law enforcement agency. As a customer you expressly approve this use of your data.

Google Analytics:  This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses what is known as "cookies" or text files that are saved on your computer to enable an analysis of your use of our website. The information on your use of this website generated by these cookies (including your IP address) is transmitted to and saved on a Google server in the US. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of a website, prepare reports on website activities for website operators and provide other services related to the use of websites and the internet. Google may also forward this information to third parties to the extent required by law or to process this data on behalf of Google. Google will never establish a connection between your IP address and other Google data. Cookies:  When using this portal, a small file called a "cookie" is saved on the user's computer. This file is used exclusively to mine anonymous data on the number of visitors to the site and to process their orders.
